HE IS RISEN.

Hello hello!!

Highlights from this week-
On Tuesday we had some Bomb Chinese food so that gets an honorable mention(: On Thursday though, we got a new investigator!!!!:D His name is Tim and he's pretty setx) He and his wife told us about some paranormal activity that was happening in their house a while back, which caused them to get a priesthood blessing on the house, which quieted things. From that all he's basically like "so the church is true and now i'm going to church again, and I know baptism is something I want to do eventually" They had us over for Easter dinner yesterday which was spectacular, and we talked more about church and their impressions from conference. It was really neat to seem him recognize the spirit they felt as they listened to conference.

On Friday we went around and visited a few people, singing them an Easter song which I will put in my ukulele folder(: (it's also on Facebook) We visited an elderly man and pestered him about coming to church and watching conference. (he tells us to come back and pester him again so I think we're helping.) We caught another couple we've been trying to meet with for a while and set a return appointment, and then headed off to meet with Nathaniel again! And guess what!! BAPTSIMAL DATE!!! Whooohoooo!!! Sadly, the date is for after transfers, and I may not make it through those, but i'm happy for him!!! He's set for April 28th! I'm really excited for him, and he's such a great kid. We'll be talking about the priesthood next which he is super excited about(:

General Conference though!! Wow! I hope you all had a chance to watch at least some of it, but so much happened, you really need to go back and watch it all!! Honestly, all sessions were amazing and I got so much out of each. I thought it was fitting to realize that almost all the talks given boiled down to having Christlike love for those around you. Getting to know your neighbors, seeing when someone is struggling, and taking time to help those around you. I hope as we come away from this conference we all take more time to notice those in need and find ways to uplift them as the Savior would.

Yesterday, conference aside, Sister Stott and I had two Easter dinners which was totally not my favorite time. Both were great, and we felt like we couldn't say no to either because one was with our new investigator and his wife, and one was with a less active family we're working with still. Both were good. But holy cow, too much food is a thing and kills ya. Sister Stott and I just sorta sat a while when we got home. Neither of us wanted to move much lol.

Anyways, that was my week, i hope you all had a fantastic Easter!! Love you!!

Love,
Sister Jensen
